Vjerojatno zbog moje znatiželje i avanturizma nisam imala nikakvih poteškoća pri prijelazu na sirovo. I inače sam jela puno voća i salata. Nisam imala nekih velikih zdravstvenih problema, ali bivajući na sirovom svi su oni lagano otpadali. Ljudima je najteže mijenjati navike u prehrani, pogotovo starijim generacijama. Srce mi zaigra kad vidim mnoge mlade ljude koji su osviješteni i dobro paze što konzumiraju. Pažljivo biraju organski uzgojene namirnice jer istraživanja upozoravaju na različite bolesti koje se mogu povezati sa unosom pesticida i herbicida u organizam. Upute Georga Mateljana
Sirova prehrana nema nikakvih mana i ja u njoj vidim samo dobrobiti. Danas, još uvijek jedem uglavnom sirovu hranu sa udjelom od 20% kuhane. Pri tom se čvrsto držim Mateljanovih uputa o procesiranju hrane kako bi izgubila što manje nutritivnih svojstava. Zdravo ih dinstam – na 2 žlice vode umjesto ulja, kratko kuham (Mateljanove upute) ili zdravo parim. Nikada ne jedem prženu hranu. Od svih namirnica najviše volim „zeleno lisnato“ od čega spravljam svoje nezaobilazne svakodnevne jutarnje smoothie. Jeste li znali da je klorofil po svom sastavu sličan ljudskoj krvnoj plazmi i zato, ne bez razloga, utemeljiteljica sirove prehrane dr. Ann Wigmor kaže: Popiti zeleni smoothy isto je kao i dobiti transfuziju zdrave krvi. Napisala sam i knjigu „Moje sirove strasti“ kako bi ljudima približila sve te dobrobiti i pripremanje hrane od sirovih biološki uzgojenih namirnica, te ju pripremam u e-verziji.
