1. Žvakanje biljaka Korijander, zelena metvica, zmijina trava, eukaliptus, ružmarin i kardomon, sve su to začini i biljke koje su dobre u borbi protiv lošeg zadaha. Možete ih žvakati ili napraviti neku vrstu čaja umačući ih u toplu vodu. Ove biljke ujedno poboljšavaju probavu. 2. Aktivne kulture Najbolji je izbor jogurt.
