testiranje-na-hepatitis

Program "Besplatnog anonimnog testiranja na hepatitis C" organizira se za osobe koje su koristile opojne droge i osobe koje su boravile u zatvorskom sustavu u CheckPoint Centru Zagreb, Ul. knaza Domagoja 10. Od ove godine započela je akcija testiranja na hepatitis C u CheckPoint centru Zagreb u sklopu programa prevencije hepatitisa C probirom osoba koje mogu imati povećani rizik od infekcije (sukladno preporukama SZO).

 

 

Akcija besplatnog testiranja na hepatitis C trajati će cijelu godinu. Rana dijagnoza može spriječiti zdravstvene probleme koji mogu biti posljedica infekcije i spriječiti prijenos virusa. U području liječenja hepatitisa C razvoj probirne dijagnostike, pregleda, liječenja (uključujući trajanje i nuspojave liječenja) stalno napreduje s velikim skokom u posljednjih nekoliko godina promjenom pristupa u liječenju i upotrebom novih terapijskih rješenja.

Stoga pozivamo sve osobe u potrebi za testiranjem da dođu u CheckPoint centar Zagreb ponedjeljkom, srijedom i petkom od 16:00 do 19:30. Sve informacije o virusnim hepatitisima, procjeni osobnog rizika od zaraze i mogućnošću postavljanja upita stručnjacima dostupne su u mobilnoj aplikaciji Sve o hepatitisu.

 

Hepatitis C

testiranje-na-hepatitisVirusni hepatitis je upalna bolest jetre uzrokovana hepatotropnim virusima tj. Virusima koji imaju poseban afinitet prema jetrenom tkivu. Danas je poznato najmanje pet takvih virusa, a još ih je nekoliko u fazi ispitivanja.S obzirom da jetra ima ključnu ulogu u filtriranju otrova iz tijela, neprepoznati hepatitis C dovodi tvoje zdravlje u ozbiljnu opasnost jer oštećuje jetru. Korištenje droga koje uključuje dijeljenje igala i šprica predstavlja najveći rizik za prijenos hepatitisa C i to je najčešći način zaraze hepatitisom C u Europi pa i u Hrvatskoj.

Stope infekcije među intravenskim korisnicima droga kreću se od 12-85%. Dovoljna je samo jedna situacija dijeljenja igala, šprica, a ponekad i ostalog pribora kako bi se zarazio/-la ovim virusom. Ušmrkavanje droga manje je rizično, ali rizik i tu postoji. Boravak u zatvorskom sustavu također povećava izloženost jer je tamo udio osoba koje žive s hepatitisom C povećan, a izravan kontakt sa zaraženom krvlju predstavlja rizik od prijenosa. I neke druge situacije izravnog kontakta s tuđom krvlju mogu predstavljati rizik. Hepatitis C puno je češći nego što pretpostavljaš. (www.hepatitis.hr)
