ustaLoš zadah najviše se veže uz zanemarenu oralnu higijenu i gastrointestinalno zdravlje. Ukoliko je zadah neugodan, uzrok ne mora uvijek biti unutar usne šupljine, nego može doći i iz probavnog trakta. U oba su slučaja glavni krivac bakterije. Donosimo nekoliko sitnih trikova kojima možete ukloniti neugodni zadah, piše Health.

 

1. Žvakanje biljaka

Korijander, zelena metvica, zmijina trava, eukaliptus, ružmarin i kardomon, sve su to začini i biljke koje su dobre u borbi protiv lošeg zadaha. Možete ih žvakati ili napraviti neku vrstu čaja umačući ih u toplu vodu. Ove biljke ujedno poboljšavaju probavu.

2. Aktivne kulture

Najbolji je izbor jogurt. Jedna je studija potvrdila da jedan jogurt svakodnevno smanjuje razinu sulfid vodika u ustima, koji je jedan od uzročnika neugodnih mirisa. Također, smanjuje bakterije u ustima, smanjuje rizik od kvarenja zubi i upale desni. U jogurtu, mlijeku i siru nalazi se velika količina vitamina D, koji ne pogoduje bakterijama i tako se one ne mogu razvijati u ustima. 4. Vitamin C

Jedite bobice, agrume, dinju i drugu hranu bogatu vitaminom C koji ne pogoduje bakterijama. Vitamin C također je bitan za sprječavanje bolesti i upale desni, a oboje su uzročnici zadaha.

5. Kamufliranje

Žvakaće gume bez šećera ne bi trebale zamijeniti pranje zubi nakon jela, ali u slučaju nužde mogu poslužiti. Dakle, to je još jedan način da se potakne stvaranje veće količine sline za ispiranje plaka i bakterija. Pepermint može zakamuflirati, ali samo na kratko vrijeme. Uvijek se treba odlučiti za žvakaće gume i bombone koji nemaju šećera jer on stvara plak, a ne želimo naš zadah učiniti još gorim.
