Terapija zvukom je vibraciona terapija kojom se pomoću glasa i instrumenata bolesnom organu uklanja njegova promijenjena vibracija, a organizam vraća na izvornu frekvenciju. U terapiji se koriste tradicionalni instrumenti poput tibetanskih zdjela, gongova, bubnjeva, ali i moderni poput muzičkih viljuški, te ljudski glas kao najstariji alat za ozdravljenje. Zvukoterapija sinkronizira moždane polutke, djeluje na autoimuni i endokrini sustav i oslobađa hormone sreće. Na predavanju će posjetioci imati prilike saznati o iscjeljujućem djelovanju zvukova, radu sa instrumentima i sudjelovati u vođenoj meditaciji, relaksaciji i vizualizaciji.

Predavanje o zvukoterapiji održat će se u petak, 14.03. od 18-20h u Centru Event (Ilica 107), a voditelj je Anthony Nec, M.St. ravnatelj instituta Colour of sound. Predavanje će biti na engleskom jeziku uz prijevod na hrvatski, a asistentica je Ivana Novačić, prof. pjevanja i glazbene kulture sa certifikatom Instituta za zvukoterapiju.
Od 30.08. do 06.09. na otoku Ižu kraj Zadra bit će održan 7-dnevni certificirani seminar u organizaciji Colour of sound institute. Radionica je dizajnirana za ljude koji žele iskusiti snagu zvuka za ozdravljenje i idealno je mjesto za zdravstvene profesionalce koji žele integrirati zvučne instrumente i tehnike u svoju praksu. Sudionici će naučiti kako glazba i zvukovi omogućuju stvaranje ravnoteže i sklada, osjećaj opuštenosti i vitalnosti, veću energiju i produktivnost.
