Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje nije im želio podmiriti dosadašnje troškove od 17.000 kuna po operaciji jer dijete nisu liječili u državnoj bolnici, iako obitelj Crnko ističe da nisu naišli na razumijevanje u državnoj bolnici. Kako bi platili visoke troškove liječenja obitelj je prodala automobil, a za daljnje liječenje im ne preostalo ništa druho osim prodaje stana, a i na to su spremni da omoguće svojoj maloj djevojčici da prohoda. Mala Vita Maria (3) rodila se s genskom bolešću uslijed čega se njena krhka kost potkoljenice lomi pri najmanjem nezgodnom pokretu. Do sada je bila na dvije operacije, no kost još nije zarasla, nego se ispod zavoja javila infekcija, tako da ova djevojčica može samo žalosno gledati drugu djecu kako trče. Velike dosadašnje troškove liječenja u privatnoj klinici HZZO im nije htio podmiriti, a neophodne su nove operacije.
