crveni-krizPrenoćište Crvenog križa Zagreb smješteno je u 3 novouređena objekta u Kosnici, u kojima boravi oko 140 beskućnika Grada Zagreba. Korisnici Prenoćišta najčešće su osobe koje su uglavnom bez bliže obitelji i zakonskih obveznika uzdržavanja, neriješenog stambenog statusa, ne posjeduju pokretnu niti nepokretnu imovinu, te su kao trajno radno nesposobne osobe većinom korisnici stalne novčane pomoći.

Smještaj u Prenoćištu za korisnike je realiziran jer nije bilo drugih mogućnosti smještaja kao što su smještaj u obitelji udomitelja ili  druge ustanove socijalne skrbi tj. samostalno stambeno zbrinjavanje nakon određene krizne situacije. Oko 80% korisnika su muškarci, 20% žene, prosječne životne dobi oko 55 godina.

Korisnicima je u Prenoćištu omogućena prehrana, organizirano pranje rublja, usluge stručnog rada, mogućnost cjelodnevnog boravka uz sudjelovanje u kreativnim radionicama, te potrebna odjeća i obuća koja se nalazi u skladištu Prenoćišta u jednom od objekata.

Odjeća i obuća prikuplja se na nekoliko lokacija u gradu Zagrebu, te se dovozi u Prenoćište gdje se sortira, te korisnici mogu  izabrati ono što im je potrebno. Najpotrebniji odjevni predmetu su jakne, trenirke, traperice, tenisice, majice, košulje i ostalo.

Odjeća i obuća može se donijeti na nekoliko lokacija u gradu Zagrebu:

1.    Dubrava, Grižanska 19,
-       ponedjeljkom od 9 – 11 sati i petkom od 15 – 17 sati,

2.    Novi Zagreb, Remetinečka 60,
-       ponedjeljkom od 9 do 11 sati i četvrtkom od 15 do 17 sati,

3.    Maksimir, Švarcova 18,
-       utorkom od 9 – 11 sati i četvrtkom od 15 do 17 sati,

4.    Susedgrad, Medpotoki 28,
-       utorkom od 9 – 11 sati i četvrtkom od 15 do 17 sati i

5.    Trnje, Dubravkin trg 11,
-       srijedom od 9 do 11 i četvrtkom od 15 do 17 sati.
